Despite our best efforts to plan for and create a safe environment for hosting this event we believe the most prudent decision is to error on the side of caution in the best interests of our players, volunteers and committee members.

  • PLEASE wait 7-10days before contacting us as it could take that long for our card processor and your financial institution to process the refund.

Checks and Cash Reservations:

  • If your registration was paid for by check or cash, we will be issuing a full refund in the form of a check to the address given at the time the registration was taken.

** Refunds will be issued to the person they were received from, if you were part of a group and paid through one person you will need to work with that individual to get your refund returned.
